Dr. Debra Rabideau is a graduate of Life University School of Chiropractic in Marietta, Ga, and has been gently and successfully treating patients for the last 16 years. Dr. Rabideau's satisfied patient list includes people of all ages, from infants to seniors.
Dr. Rabideau has a unique approach to the care of her patients; she takes the time to carefully listen, as well as gently provide treatment for the entire body, using a number of proven effective techniques. In addition to traditional chiropractic care, Dr. Rabideau is certified and excels in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Muscle Testing, Allergy Desensitization, Immune System Support, Metabolic Balancing and Nutritional Testing.
Dr. Marcia Sasso is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College in New York. She opened her practice in 1986 with the mission of maximizing the healing potential that exists in each individual. By understanding each patient's unique differences, she tailors individual treatment programs to acheive the highest level of wellness. Dr. Sasso's personal health challenges have led her in the direction of alternative healing, which has been the foundation for the understanding and treatment of her patients. She is compassionate, motivating, and sincere in her mission to restore health to her patients.
Throughout her career she has been the recipient of multiple awards, too numerous to mention. She continues to serve our community through several charitable organizations. She was selected to be an Expert Medical Advisor by the Florida Department of Labor. She continues to study alternative methods of facilitating health and wellness through specialized courses.

Our Licensed Acupuncturist at American Chiropractic & Acupuncture Center. Yonat Har-Nov is a caring and attentive professional who provides a large variety of traditional eastern medicine techniques. Yonat began practing in 1998 after receiving her degree from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture School in Miami, FL. In addition to Acupuncture, Yonat is also a licensed physical therapist, obtaining her Physical Therapy degree in 1993. She specializes in both traditional acupuncture and needle-less acupuncture (also referred to as acupressure) for pain relief, fibromyalgia, insomnia, smoking cessation, infertility, womens health, high blood pressure and much more!
Dr. Duquette is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. She is an avid fitness advocate and tailors her patient care toward strengthening, conditioning, and stabilizing. She prioritizes proper exercise and lifting techniques to keep patients performing at optimal levels. She has additional certification in Active Release Technique (ART), Rock Tape Kinisiology and Graston Technique. She is our resident specialist in sports-related injury recovery. In 2015, she began training CrossFit and saw a need for athlete and patient education on the importance of mobility and healthy spine habits. Dr. Duquette prides herself in offering conservative care that assists patients in learning lifelong functional movement patterns to improve all aspects of fitness, injury recovery and future injury avoidance.
